.This forest reserve is home to different wildlife species such as bird species, mammals, months trees, primate’s species, butterflies, and so on. Budongo forest is also famous for mahogany trees and a big number of Chimpanzees of around 700.  The trekking can take an hour or full day depending on the route used and the location of the species.
