Detailed Itinerary

Day 1

Pick up & transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park from your hotel or accommodation,  meet your driver guide and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National park in the  foot hills of the supernatural Rwenzori mountain ranges. Queen Elizabeth National Park is Uganda's second largest National park.

Day 2:

Drive and afternoon boat cruise

Boat Cruise Kazinga Channel

After breakfast, go for a dawn game drive.   Expect an audacious encounter with Lions, hyenas, herds of elephants, buffaloes, jackals, bush pigs, bush bucks and many more. Return to the lodge for late breakfast as you wait for lunch. In the afternoon After lunch, join a boat cruise at Kazinga channel to see animals like Hippos, huge Nile crocodiles, Elephants and Buffaloes seen basking along the showers. Bird life is prolific with over 600 species. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 3

Ishasha Tree Climbing Lions Tour, Transfer to Bwindi forest 
Have breakfast and go for a high-class game drive as you transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You will go through the Ishasha sector to reach Bwindi in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at a reserved lounge.

Day 4

Gorilla trekking and Batwa experience

At 8:00am, you will hit the jungles to search for these massive creatures together with an experienced and armed park ranger guide. Gorilla treks in Bwindi National Park begin from anyone of the four regions-Ruhija, Nkuringo, Rushaga and Buhoma. Each of them has gorilla families for trekking but only one will be allocated to you to trek in a group of 7 visitors. The trek to see gorillas may take you about 4 hours and this also covers one hour of magical encounter. Later, you will return to the lodge to have rest and in the afternoon/evening, you will pay a visit to Batwa pygmies to learn in depth about their behaviors, traditions and also enjoy the cultural and music performances.

Day 5

Return to Kampala

Following breakfast early in the morning, check out from your lodge ready to make a return journey to Kampala.
